Any kitchen holding its state's or its locality's permit, license, or registration can claim its listing — in that state's own program names — and get the full Studio: logo, colors, tagline, about, photo gallery + PDF menus, QR code, review link, spotlight eligibility, and reservation / preorder requests. That includes cottage food permits and registrations (for example a California Class A registration or Class B Cottage Food Operation permit) and street vendors' cart permits. Two kinds of makers have no permit to claim on, and claim with a compliance-proof bundle instead: cottage makers in states whose cottage rules require no permit or registration, and street carts in the health-permit exempt category. They are never labeled "permitted" — their status reads "claim verified by compliance proof." Street listings are walk-up only: no reservations or preorders. Not in the directory yet?
